VIPCOO Refund Policy

We have a 7 day return policy for scooters, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If the return is caused by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the shipping free. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, then the customer is not then required to pay the shipping fee for this reason.

All product returns must be in the original packaging. Returns without the original packaging will not be accepted. If you insist on returning it, an additional fee of £200 will be deducted.

Note: We do not accept returns due to reasons such as the scooter cannot be registered, requires a driver's license to drive, or is illegal.

Damage and issues

Please insepct your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancel Order

If you request cancel your order before we ship it, your refund will be deducted from a 7% handling fee.

If you request cancel your order after we ship it, your refund will be deducted from a 7% handling fee + round shipping costs.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received the package and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
