VIPCOO 12-Month Limited Warranty
All VIPCOO scooters are covered under our manufacturer’s 1-year limited warranty for the original owner.
The frame is guaranteed for one year, and the battery and motor are guaranteed for 6 months. Other accessories/parts and vulnerable parts are not covered by the warranty.
Batteries (6-Month Warranty)
- It is normal for the battery capacity to fade over time. This is excluded from warranty coverage.
- Warranty service will not be honored if the damage is caused by human misuse.
- Warranty service will be honored if the damage is not caused by human misuse.
This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover
- Warranty service will not be honored if the damage is caused by human misuse.
- Warranty service will be honored if the damage is not caused by human misuse.
- Damage caused by car accidents, water damage, and other natural disasters is not covered.
- There is not warranty on plastic parts, except in the case of damage on arrival.
Claims Process
All claims must be made through E-Scooter Hut and submitted to escooterhut.co.uk@gmail.com.
Please include proof of purchase and photo or video evidence of the issue with your request.
Before making a claim, we recommend contacting us first, as there may be a simple fix.
Valid warranty claims will be processed through E-Scooter Hut within 1 year of initial purchase. No parts will be replaced without photo or video evidence.
Shipping Damage or Faulty on Arrival
In rare cases if your scooter is damaged during shipping or arrives faulty, please contact escooterhut.co.uk@gmail.com with photo or video proof.
Note: Claims for shipping damage or faults must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
