KuKirin 12-Month Limited Warranty

KuKirin provides a reliable warranty that is processed in the most hassle-free way possible.

If your KuKirin product has a warranty-related issue, you must retain the original purchase receipt, your Limited Warranty, and eligible warranty claims to verify your warranty eligibility.

KuKirin offers a 12-month warranty against defects in workmanship and/or materials from the date of purchase. We are responsible for troubleshooting and offering free repair service or replacement parts to fix issues, excluding problems caused by personal behaviors, abuse, misuse, negligence, or accidents (such as riding in wet conditions, dropping the scooter, etc.).

Note: Tires and brake pads are consumable items and are covered by a one-month warranty only.

Battery Range Disclaimer

The listed range is based on test conditions under the following standard: 60 kg rider, 25°C temperature, an average speed of 20 km/h, and smooth city road conditions.

Actual battery performance and range may vary depending on factors such as rider weight, terrain, temperature, and riding style. It is normal for the real-world range to differ from the published data.

If the reduced range is caused by a battery defect, we will take responsibility and handle the issue promptly.

Warranty Eligibility

Please note that we only offer a warranty on scooters purchased from kukirinescooter.co.uk. If you purchased your product from another platform or dealer, please contact your supplier directly regarding warranty claims.

Warranty Solutions

KuKirin offers the following solutions:

  • For simple issues, we will ship replacement parts and provide video tutorial instructions.
  • If your scooter has multiple or complex issues, we will determine whether the scooter should be sent to a repair center depending on the situation.

All repairs (labor fees) and parts will be chargeable if the issue is not covered under warranty (for example, damage caused by water ingress or misuse). Customers are responsible for both inward and return shipping costs in these cases.

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Contact us via email at escooterhut.co.uk@gmail.com and provide your order number along with videos or photos of the issue.
  2. After reviewing the issue, we will provide a suitable solution, including replacement parts or repair center instructions if necessary.

Warranty Exclusions

THE WARRANTY SHALL BE VOID AND ALL RIGHTS FROM IT SHALL BE LOST IN THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS:

  • The product has not been commercialized by KuKirin or any of its authorized dealers.
  • The product was modified or repaired by unauthorized technicians or with faulty, modified, or non-original equipment/accessories.
  • The product suffered accidents or damages caused by external factors, atmospheric conditions, or similar events.
  • Faults caused by dirt, impurities, water, foreign bodies, etc.
  • The product was used in the rain or driven through water deeper than 4 cm.
  • Product identification numbers, serial numbers, codes, or markings have been removed, altered, or damaged.
  • Spare parts or original parts show dents, mechanical shock, thermal fractures, cracks, or similar damage not attributable to manufacturing defects.
  • Damage or defects caused by improper handling or transportation by the buyer.
  • Changes to the original condition of the product caused by natural influences such as corrosion or condensation due to improper storage conditions.
  • The product has not been used according to the conditions stated in the user manual.
  • Product faults caused by vandalism or similar causes.
  • The warranty period has expired.
  • The product is lost or stolen.
  • The product was obtained free of charge or as a complimentary item.
  • The buyer cannot provide adequate proof of purchase.
  • Unsupported software or firmware has been installed on the product.
